Intramolecular Conjugate Additions of Unsaturated Ketimine Ylides for the Structurally Enriched 3,4-Dihydro-2H-pyrrole Derivatives

对不饱和酮亚胺叶立德的分子内共轭加成进行了考察. 以67%~99%的产率以及20:1的非对映选择性得到相应的高度官能团化的3,4-二氢-2H-吡咯衍生物.

The intramolecular conjugate additions of unsaturated ketimine ylides were firstly investigated. The corresponding structurally enriched 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrole derivatives were prepared in 67%~99% yields and 20:1 dr.
