通过二茂铁甲酰基丙酸与二肽的缩合反应,合成了7个新型的二茂铁甲酰基丙酸二肽化合物FcL1~FcL7. 通过红外、元素分析和核磁共振对这些化合物的结构进行了表征. 电化学研究表明这7种物质在电极表面均可发生单电子可逆氧化还原反应,在电极表面的反应均受扩散控制,FcL3~FcL7对第二副族金属离子有明显的电化学响应.

Seven new ferrocene acyl propionic acid-dipeptide compounds FcL1~FcL7 were obtained by the reaction of condensation, with ferrocene acyl propionic acid and dipeptide as raw materials. These compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The electrochemical properties of these compounds were investigated by different electrochemical methods and their kinetic parameters were determined. The research shows that on the surface of electrode happened single electronic redox reaction, the reaction on the electrode is controlled by diffusion, and the redox response of ferrocene-peptide to ions of IIB is great except FcL1~FcL2.
