磷酸酯催化硫醚及缩硫醛氧化成亚砜反应

Oxidation of Thioether and Mercaptal to Sulfoxide Catalyzed byHydrogen Phosphates

在室温条件下, 以过氧化氢水溶液为氧源, 非手性磷酸作为催化剂催化硫醚与缩硫醛的氧化反应, 以良好到优秀的收率合成一系列亚砜化合物. 该方法反应条件温和, 时间短, 收率高, 且非对映选择性高.

Hydrogen phosphates have been explored as organocatalysts for the oxidation of a series of aryl alkyl sulfides and 1,3-dithianes derived from aldehydes with aqueous hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as the terminal oxidant. The corresponding sulfoxides are obtained in moderate to excellent yield (up to 99%) with excellent diastereoselectivity (up to>99:1 dr).
