CuI促进的多组分一锅法合成3-取代异喹啉衍生物

以邻溴苯甲醛和取代端基炔类化合物为原料,叔丁胺为氮源,DMAc为溶剂,CuI作用下,通过微波辐射多组分一锅法简洁、高效地合成了一系列3-取代异喹啉类衍生物,产率在66%~98%之间.此方法为3-芳基异喹啉衍生物的合成提供了一种高效、快速的合成方法.

In this paper, a CuI mediated one-pot muti-component method for the preparation of isoquinoline derivatives under microwave irradiation was developed by using 2-bromobenzaldehyde and terminal alkynes as starting materials, tert-butyl amine as nitrogen source. This methodology provides one convenient and high efficient approach to the 3-substituted isoquinoline library.
