概述近20年来(3R,5R)-3,5-二羟基-6-取代己酸不对称合成进展,并提出其研究方向.

The recent progress in the asymmetric synthesisof (3R,5R)-3,5-dihydroxyl-6-substituted hexanoic acid is reviewed, using chiral pool reaction, chiral auxiliary reaction, chiral reagent and catalyst. Thereview emphasizes the catalytic chiral reduction using 2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1′-binaphthyl (BINAP)-Ru(II) and catalytic chiral hydroboration reaction with chiral boranes.
