微波促进Ni(II)催化下烷基锌与芳香醛的烯基化反应

Microwave Assisted Nickel(II) Catalyzed Stereoselective Olefination of Aryl Aldehydes with Alkylzinc Reagents

在Me3SiCl和Ni(PPh3)2Cl2存在下,通过微波辐射带官能团的烷基锌与芳香醛反应得到了反式烯烃.产率比传统方法有所提高,反应时间缩短了90~120倍.

Functionalized alkylzinc reacted with aryl aldehydes in the presence of Me3SiCl using a nickel(II) complex as catalyst under microwave irradiation to give E-olefins in high yield. The reaction time was shortened 90~120 times.
