聚乙二醇催化合成含三唑大环醚化合物

Polyethylene Glycol Catalyzed Synthesis of New Macrocycle Ethers Containing Triazole Ring

香草醛(1)和3-取代-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-均三唑(4)分别与对二氯苄(2)缩合得相应的O,O'-取代二(香草醛)(3)和S,S'-取代双(氨基均三唑)(5). 3与5用聚乙二醇-600催化缩环合方便制得含三唑大环醚化合物6.

Condensation of vanillin (1) and 3-substituted-4-amino-5-mercapto-s-triazoles (4) with 1,4-di~(chloromethyl)benzene (2) gave the correspondingO,O'-di-substituted bis(aldehyde) (3) and S,S'-disubstituted-bis(s-triazole) (5), respectively. The titled macrocycles (6) were expediently prepared by condensation of3 with the appropriate 5 in the presence of polyethylene glycol 600.
