微波辐射下三甲醇丙烷、季戊四醇与羧酸合成润滑油类羧酸酯

Synthesis of Lubricating Oil Esters with 1,1,1-Tris(hydroxymethyl)propane or Pentaerythritol and Carboxylic Acids under Microwave Radiation

用三甲醇丙烷、季戊四醇分别与碳五至碳九的直链一元羧酸在微波辐射加热条件下合成润滑油类羧酸酯,并与常规合成进行了对照.结果表明:在微波辐射下反应时间大大缩短,合成速率提高到10~15倍,该法操作简单,产物用1H NMR, 13C NMR和IR确定了结构.

Under microwave radiation the esters of lubricating oil weresynthesized by the reaction of 1,1,1-tris-(hydroxymethyl)propane or pentaerythritol with C5 to C9 carboxylic acids. The results show that the reaction timeunder microwave radiation is largely shortened and the reaction velocity increases ten to fifteen times. This method is very simple, and the structures of products have been determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectra.
