Synthesis of 4-Oxo-2-thioxohexahydropyrimidines under Ultrasound Irradiation

超声辐射下,α-氰基肉桂酸乙酯与硫脲于碳酸钾/无水乙醇中室温下环化缩合,合成了4-氧代-2-硫代六氢嘧啶类化合物,反应时间短,收率高,操作简便.

Under ultrasound irradiation, the cyclocondensationof ethyl α-cyanocinnamates with thiourea activated by potassium carbonateat room temperature in ethanol resulted in 4-oxo-2-thioxohexahydropyrimidinesin good yields. The advantages of the procedure are short reaction period, highyield and simple work-up.
