Synthesis of cis-Alkene with Electron-Withdrawing Groups via Photocatalytic Isomerization

报道了一种光催化异构化合成含吸电子取代基顺式烯烃方法. 该方法以Ir(ppy)3为光敏剂、365 nm紫外光为激发光源, 通过光催化异构化反应合成含吸电子取代基顺式烯烃. 该方法具有反应条件温和、过程安全、选择性高、底物适用范围较广等优点, 为光催化异构化合成顺式烯烃提供思路.

A method for the photocatalytic isomerization synthesis of cis-olefins containing electron-withdrawing groups is reported. The target cis-alkene was synthesized via photocatalytic isomerization using Ir(ppy)₃ as the photosensitizer and 365 nm UV light as the excitation source. This method features mild reaction conditions, high safety, great selectivity, and broad substrate applicability, providing a valuable strategy for the photocatalytic isomerization synthesis of cis-olefin.
