Synthesis of novel phosphonyl/s-methyl ketene thioacetals and N- substituted phosphonyl/s-methyl thiocarbonates under microwave irradiation

Phosphonyl/S-methyl ketene thioacetals and N-substituted phosphonyl/S-methyl thiocarbonates-novel kinds of synthons for the synthesis of phosphonyl heterocyclic compounds were conveniently synthesized under microwave irradiation with high yields. It showed that the reaction process was significantly enhanced using microwave heating.
