吡唑并嘧啶氧苯氧乙酸酯类化合物的合成与除草活性

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activities of 1-Phenyl-1,5-dihydro-3-methylthio- (methylsulfonyl)-5-aryl-6-(4-ethyloxycarbonylmethoxyphenyloxy)- pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-one

The 1-phenyl-1,5-dihydro-3-methylthio(methylsulfonyl)-5-aryl-6-(4-ethyloxycarbonylmethoxyphenyloxy)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones (6 and 7) have been synthesized bya novel tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reactions of iminophosphorance 4 with aromatic isocyanate and substituted phenols. The structures of all newcompounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, IR and MS spectroscopies. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that compounds 6and 7 possess high herbicidal activity against the root of rape and barnyard grass.
