二(哌啶氨荒酸)二氯化锡和二(对氟苄基)氯化锡哌啶氨荒酸酯的合成、表征及晶体结构

Synthesis, Characterization and Crystal Structures of Dichlorotin Bis[N,N-(1,5-pentylene)]dithiocarbamate and Chlorodi(p-fluorobenzyl)tin N,N-(1,5-pentylene)dithiocarbamate

Two organotin compounds with [N,N-(1,5-pentylene)]dithiocarbamate, dichlorotin bis[N,N-(1,5-pentylene)]dithiocarbamate (1) and chlorodi(p-fluorobenzyl)tin N,N-(1,5-pentylene)dithiocarbamate (2), have been synthesized. The crystal structures have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. A crystal of the compound 1 is monoclinic with space group P21,a=0.8635(5) nm, b=0.8842(5) nm, c=1.2942(7) nm, β=102.177(9), Z=2, V=0.9659(9) nm3, Dc=1.755 g/cm3, μ=2.024 mm-1, R=0.0428, wR=0.0918. A crystal of the compound 2 is orthorhombic with space group Pbca, a=1.3616(13) nm, b=1.1679(11) nm, c=2.7603(3) nm, Z=8, V=4.389(7) nm3, Dc=1.612g/cm3, μ=1.498 mm-1, R=0.0355, wR=0.0887. In compound 1, the structures consist of discrete molecules containing six-coordinate tin atoms in a distorted octahedron configurations. In compound 2, the structures consist of discrete molecules containing five-coordinatetin atoms in a seriously distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration.
