The synthesis of new nucleoside derivative N²,N₃-ethenylenoadenosine is described. Firstly, guanosine was converted to N²,N₃-ethenylenoguanosine through 6 synthetic steps. Then N²,N₃-ethenylenoguanosine was converted to title compound by chlorination and ammoniation. The structures of title compound and intermediates were characterized by ¹H NMR,MS and HRMS. Preliminary test showed that the title compound had fluorescent character.
