2-Aryl-2-morpholinols were synthesized via the reactions of aminoalcohol with 2-bromo-4'-methoxyacetophenone,2-bromo-4'-chloropropiophenone,2-bromo-4'-benzyloxypropiophenone,2-bromo-4'-benzyl~oxy~pento~phen~one, 6-methoxy-2-bromoacetylnaphthalene and6-methoxy-2-(2-bromopropionyl)naphthalene by divergent synthetic method withyields of 80.7%～97.5%, respectively. The structures of 2-aryl-2-morpholinols were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and MS spectra.
