Facile Synthesis of Novel 4-Hydroxy-2(1H)-oxyquinolin-3-yl Pyrazolines and Their Fluorescent Properties

A series of 1,3,5-trisubstituted pyrazolines were obtained from the reaction of 3-(α,β-unsatu- rated carbonyl)-4-hydroxy-2(1H)-ones with PhNHNH2 efficiently. The results of the fluorescent properties revealed that these products are new kind of optic materials with large Stokes shift, and the effects of 3,5-substitutes on the emission wavelenghts and intensities of pyrazolines are different in solution and solid state.
