Abstract

Cyclization of 1-[5'-amino-1'-(4''-chlorophenyl)-1', 2', 3'-triazol-4'-acyl]-4-arylthiosemicarbazides with mercuric acetate [eg. Hg(OAc)2-HOAc] under heating gave eleven new 2-arylamino-5-[5'-amino-1'-(4''-chlorophenyl)-1', 2', 3'-triazol-4'-yl]-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole 2a～k. 2a, 2k of the compounds were picked as typical compounds of antibacterial test and their results showed the effective restraints from the multiply of Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus aureus under MIC 3.1mg/L.
