Synthesis of O,O-Diethyl-N-[2-(3-acetyl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclobutyl)- aceto]thiophosphoramidate and Its Insecticidal Activity

The title compound, O,O-diethyl-N-[2-(3-acetyl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclobutyl)-aceto]thiophosphor- amidate 7 is a new compound, which was synthesized by the reaction of α-pinene, and structurally confirmed by IR, MS, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR techniques. The synergistic activity of the mixture of the title compound and trichlorfon to Crocidolomia pavonana (Fabricius) was evaluated by the method of co-toxicity coefficient (CTC). The primarily bioassay result showed that the mixtures of the title compound and trichlorfon had sig-nificant synergism to Crocidolomia pavonana (Fabricius), and the CTC of the mixture (3∶7) of the title compound and trichlorfon reached 226.
