六方相磷酸铈一维纳米材料的合成与表征

以磷酸钠、硝酸铈为原料, 利用P123表面活性剂的水溶液形成的胶束为反应模板, 采用水热法合成工艺, 在反应溶液的pH=1, 反应温度为140 ℃, 反应时间为24 h的条件下成功合成了六方相的CePO4一维纳米发光材料, 并提出其可能的形成机理. 通过XRD, TEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, PL测试表征, 发现制备的磷酸铈一维纳米材料最长可以达到1 μm左右, 而直径为10~25 nm, 轴径比较高; 其在紫外光区的荧光发射性能与普通的纳米颗粒相比得到了很大程度的提高; 六方相磷酸铈一维纳米材料以其独特的荧光发射性能, 有望在光、电等领域发挥其潜在的应用价值.

One-dimensional cerium phosphate nanomaterials have been synthesized by the resource of sodium phosphate and cerium nitrate, via a hydrothermal method, using surfactant P123 as template, as the pH value of solution is 1, the temperature is 140 ℃, the time is 24 h, and a possible mechanism for fabricating the one-dimensional cerium phosphate nanomaterials was proposed. XRD, TEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and PL spectra were used for characterization, which shows that the maximum length of the cerium phosphate nanowire reaches 1 μm with diameter of 10~25 nm. It is uniform with high ratios. Compared with common nanoparticles, its photoluminescence emission is greatly enhanced. Therefore, with the novel fluorescence-emission property, the hexagonal cerium phosphate one-dimensional nanomaterials are potential in many other fields such as optics, electronics and so on.
