采用硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱及反相碳十八制备液相色谱及手性拆分从川芎内生菌Fusarium tricinctum的糙米培养基中分离得到四个具有相同平面结构的2-吡喃酮类化合物,并基于Snatzke法对其绝对构型进行鉴定。

By silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), four previously undescribed 2-pyrones sharing same primary structure were isolated from the brown rice solid medium of Fusarium tricinctum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses and their absolute configurations were finally confirmed by a modified Snatzke's method.
