水相中磷钨酸催化苯乙酮、芳香醛和芳香胺的Mannich反应

Mannich Reaction of Acetophenone, Aromatic Aldehydes and Aro-matic Amines Catalyzed by Tungstophosphoric Acid in Water

以水为溶剂, 磷钨酸为催化剂催化芳香酮、芳香醛和芳香胺Mannich反应, 合成了一系列的β-氨基酮衍生物. 采用水相反应, 反应条件温和, 操作简单, 产率较高, 催化剂用量少, 且对环境友好.

Mannich reaction of acetophenone, aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines catalyzed by tungstophosphoric acid in water afforded the corresponding β-amino ketone derivatives in high yields at room temperature. The reaction catalyzed by tungstophoshporic acid has advantage of mild reaction conditions, simple workup procedures and easy isolation.
