以碘化亚铜为催化剂, 实现了对甲苯磺酰腙与β-酮酸酯的苄基化反应. 该反应条件温和、底物适用范围广、产率高, 为β-酮酸酯的苄基化提供了一种新方法.

A simple and efficient method for the benzylation of β-ketoesters by employing copper salt as a catalyst was developed. The mild reaction system and a wide range of substrates with high yields make the protocol very practical. It provides a new route for the synthesis of α-benzyl-β-ketoesters.
