In this paper, hydrophilic small peptides differing in only one glycine amino acid can be successfully resolved by HPCZE. The effects of the structure parameters and column temperature on the migration time of these peptides have been discussed. Linear relationship between t and 謓 has been found. Relative migration times have been found to be well correlated with 諱 for these small peptides.
