封面介绍Zhao, Jinzhong & Zhang, Yongpo et al. on page 353-363: Two azidoacetylated glucosamine Schiff base ligands and three novel copper complexes were synthesized and structural characterized. The copper complex 2 exhibited potent cytotoxicity against HepG-2/HeLa cells with low normal-cell toxicity. Further investigation revealed that the copper complex could induce apoptosis via the mitochondrial pathway, inhibit cell migration, invasion, and angiogenesis. Molecular docking demonstrated its good binding affinity with VEGFR-2.
