光催化氧化脱除高浓度氮氧化物的实验研究

Removal of High Concentration NO through Photocatalytic Oxidation

The supported nano-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared in laboratory, and the experimental conditions of photocatalytic oxidation for NO were studied by using a self-designed platform. Experimental results showed that the TiO2 photocatalyst, oxygen concentration, humidity and NO initial concentration were the main factors to the photocatalytic oxidiation of NO. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the higher removal efficiency for NO was obtained. The micro-properties of TiO2 photocatalyst were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry. The leaching liquid and the absorption liquid of the tail gas were analyzed by chemical analysis methods, and the results indicated that the nitrate ion had a higher proportion in the liquid. According to above experimental results, the mechanism of NO photocatalytic oxidation was deduced initially.
