Abstract

Novel fluorine-contg. aza-, thia-dibenzo crown compounds I, II, and III have been synthesized in good yield via bridge linkage, reduction, and cyclization of 3-nitro-4-chlor0-trifluoromethylbenzene. The mechanism for the formation of I is discussed.
