自从1992年德国化学家Becker及其合作者首次成功分离出了氰酸根(NCO-)的含磷同系物磷氰酸根负离子(P≡C—O-或PCO-)的锂盐以来, 磷氰酸根负离子的合成及其反应性质备受人们关注. 特别是近三年来, 以磷氰酸根负离子为起始原料, 合成含磷有机(杂环)化合物取得了一系列研究成果. 主要综述了磷氰酸根负离子及其参与的含磷有机(杂环)化合物的合成方面取得的研究进展, 介绍了各类反应的特点、反应范围和限度.

Since Becker and co-workers isolated the 2-phosphaethynolate anion (P≡C—O-) in 1992, the synthesis of 2-phosphaethynolate anion and its utilizations in the synthesis of phosphorus-containing organic compounds and heterocycles have been gained much attentions. This review mainly summarizes the recently reported methods for the synthesis of 2-phosphaethynolate anions and its utilizations in the synthesis of organophosphorus compounds containing their versatility, substrate scope and limitation.
