本文报道了锰催化α-硅基环丁醇与1,1-二芳基乙烯的自由基Brook重排烯基化反应, 成功合成了烯基化环丁基硅醚类化合物. 该反应具有良好的官能团兼容性和广泛的底物普适性. 此外, 放大实验及合成应用研究进一步验证了该策略在有机合成中的潜力.

A manganese-catalyzed radical Brook rearrangement/alkenylation cascade reaction of α-silyl cyclobutanols with 1,1-diarylalkenes is reported, enabling the synthesis of alkenylated cyclobutyl silyl ethers. This reaction exhibits excellent functional group tolerance and a broad substrate scope. Furthermore, scale-up experiments and synthetic applications demonstrate the potential utility of this strategy in organic synthesis.
