本文报道三丙胺在6-13伏电解电压下进行电化学氟化的实验结果. 氟化产率为60%, 全氟三丙胺含量为68%.研究了纯化过程中副产物的化学转化和有关组分的化学结构.电解氟化产物以氢氧化钾-乙醇溶液处理, 留有残余氢的副产物其氢原子位于邻近N的C原子上, 说明电化学氟化主要按离子(ECbECn)机制进行. 在我们的电解氟化条件下, 一些叔胺的产率较文献报道为高.

The experimental results of the electrochem. fluorination of tripropylamine are reported. The crude yield was 60%, and the content of perfluorotripropylamine was 68%. The crude product was treated with KOH-EtOH solution, during the process, the unsatd. or H-contg. byproducts disappeared gradually and (C3F7)2NCF:C(OC2H5)CF3 was finally formed. Some H-contg. products, such as (C3F7)2NCHFCF2CF3 and (C3F7)2NCFH2 were separated The residual H atoms were often situated on C atoms adjacent to N; the characteristic of the structures of these byproducts was in agreement with the suggestion that the electrochem. fluorination mainly proceeded according to an ionic (ECbECn) mechanism. Other byproducts were also identified by using preparative gas chromatog., mass spectrometry, NMR, and IR. Under the fluorination conditions, the yield of perfluorotripropylamine was much higher than that reported in the literature.
