本文合成了六个1-杂环芳酰氧基杂氨硅三环和三个1-杂环芳酰氧甲基杂氮硅三环,这些化合物均未见文献报道.通过1H NMR,IR和X射线衍射的方法,确证上述化合物为五配位络构,分子内的N→Si配键强度较大.这是一类低毒或中毒化合物.

Six 1-arom. heterocycloacyloxysilatranes e.g. I and three 1-arom. heterocycloacyloxymethylsilanes e.g. II were synthesized and their 1H NMR and IR spectra studied. The x-ray crystal structure of these compounds showed the 5-coordinated organosilicon structure. The intermol. N ?Si bond were stronger than that of common 1-arylsilatranes and their toxicities were low to medium.
