本文首次报道以缺铝氢型丝光沸石为固体酸催化剂, 催化莰烯和三环烯与C2~C4二醇反应, 以较高产率和选择性合成1,7,7-三甲基环[2.2.1]庚基羟烷基醚同时还生成少量副产物6,7,7-三甲基双环[2.2.1]庚基羟烷基醚。

1,7,7-Trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptyl hydroxyalkyl ethers I and II (R = H, Me; n = 1-3) were synthesized via hydroxyalkoxylations of camphene, tricyclene with C2-C4 diols in the presence of H-Mordenite, only a small amount of 6,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptyl hydroxyalkyl ethers were formed simultaneously. These reactions provided a new synthetic way for I and II with good yields.
