微波辐射下β-芳硫丙酸和硫色满酮的合成

Synthesis of β-Arylthioethers of Propionic Acid and Thiochromanones under Microwave Irradiation

在微波辐射、碘化钾及聚乙二醇-600的催化下, 合成了一系列不同取代的芳硫丙酸, 并进一步在微波辐射及多聚磷酸的作用下合成了相应的硫色满酮. 产物结构由红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱及元素分析等确证. 该方法的优点是产率较高、反应速度快, 而且操作也大为简化.

Under microwave irradiation, a series of β-arylthioethers of propionic acid were prepared by ca-talysis of KI/PEG-600. The corresponding thiochromanones were synthesized from β-arylthioethers of propionic acid under microwave irradiation in the presence of polyphosphoric acid. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The advantages of the procedure were short reaction time, high yield and simple work up.
