介绍了近几年来酶的催化多功能性及其应用于有机合成反应研究的最新进展. 包括酶催化多功能性的几种主要类型和相应催化多功能性在Michael加成、Markovnikov加成、羟醛缩合反应、氧化反应及串联反应中的应用.

This review introduces the recent progress in catalytic promiscuity of enzyme and the application to organic synthesis. The examples of catalytic promiscuity in Michael addition, Markovnikov addition, aldol condensation, oxidation reactions and tandem reactions are reviewed.
