Synthesis of Chiral Thiourea by Substitution

以非手性或手性胺取代对称1,3-二苯基硫脲, 合成了一系列非手性和手性硫脲, 并取得了较高的产率. 对所有新化合物都通过IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS进行了全面的表征. 对手性硫脲7d单晶的X射线衍射分析表明, 在一个单元中有两种不同构象的分子, 它们的主要差别在于两个苯环的取向.

1,3-Diphenylthiourea could be substituted by achiral or chiral amines. Using this method, a series of achiral and chiral thiourea derivatives have been synthesized in good to excellent yields. All the new compounds have been fully characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra. The X-ray analysis of a single crystal of chiral thiourea 7d has shown that there are two kinds of molecules of different conformations in one crystal unit.
