单方酰化大环四胺金属配合物与DAN相互作用研究

Interaction between Monosquaramide Macrocyclic Tetraamine Metal Complexes and DNA

以1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷(Cyclen)为原料, 合成了单方酰化大环四胺, 其结构经1H NMR, MS, 元素分析等表征. 通过紫外分光光谱法研究了目标化合物及其Cu(II), Ni(II)等金属配合物与小牛胸腺DNA (CT DNA)的相互作用. 结果表明: 单方酰化大环四胺和碱性溶液对DNA有增色效应, 其Cu(II), Ni(II)金属配合物对DNA有减色效应.

A monosquaramide macrocyclic tetraamine derived from 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane has been synthesized in this paper and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Interactions of the target compound and its metal complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II) with CT (calf thymus) DNA have been investigated by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the monosquaramide macrocyclic tetraamine and the base solvent have bathochromic effects on DNA, but its metal complexes have hypochromic effects on DNA.
