介绍了近年来药物酶促衍生化研究的新进展, 包括酶促衍生化各种脂溶性药物. 水溶性药物和一些研究比较活跃的药物, 从而提高药物生物利用度, 同时针对药物不同基团的选择性衍生化进行阐述.

This review introduces the recent progress in enzymatic synthesis of drug derivatives. The examples of enzymatic synthesis of liposoluble, water-soluble drugs and other research focus drugs for better bioavailability and selective derivatives of drugs are reviewed.
