微波辐射下合成5-亚苄基假乙内酰硫脲

Synthesis of 5-Benzylidene Pseudothiohydantoin under Microwave Irradiation

在微波辐射条件下, 以冰醋酸为介质, 醋酸钠为催化剂, 使芳醛与假乙内酰硫脲发生缩合反应, 生成5-亚苄基假乙内酰硫脲, 该法在10 min内完成, 产率63%~91%, 具有反应时间短、操作简便和环境友好等优点.

A series of 5-benzylidene pseudothiohydantoin derivatives were synthesized by the cross aldol condensation of benzaldehydes with pseudothiohydantoin in sodium acetate/acetic acid under microwave irradiation. The reactions were completed in 10 min with 63%~91% yields, easy work-up and environmental benignity.
