月光花素甲的糖组份的结构测定

测定了从月光花叶中提取出的植物生长物质月光花素甲的结构, 它们分别由二个糖甙和4个鼠李糖构成, 其中一个甙元和4个糖的结构完全相同. 而这两种分子的分子量相差28质量单位. 文章还报导了4个糖的构型以及它们的连接方式, 结构研究应用了DEPT碳13核磁共振, 质子相关二维核磁共振, 质子NDESY核磁共振, 碳-质子COSY二维核磁共振和FAB-MS技术.

The structure of a plant growth substance, Calonyctin A, isolated from dry leaves of Calonyction aculeatum was determine to be a mixture of 2 glycoside homologs, either of which contains 4 rhamnoses and differs with each other only in mol. wt. The configuration of the 4 sugars and how they are linked together are described.
