本文报道了一种简便合成2H-苯骈吡喃基本骨架的新方法, 并用此法合成了从Ageratum属植物中分离得到的2,2-二甲基-6,7-二甲氧基苯骈吡喃。

2H-1-Benzopyrans were synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehydes and allyl bromide in the presence of powdered tin. From the reaction of 2-hydroxy-4,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 2-methyl-3-bromo-1-propene the natural product 2,2-dimethyl-6,7-dimethoxybenzopyrane (I), presented in Ageratum houstonianm, was synthesized (yield 50%). The mechanism of reaction which leads to 2H-benzopyranes was suggested.
