综述了一氧化氮合酶的结构、功能和催化路径, 讨论了诱导型一氧化氮合酶的结构和功能的关系以及加氧氧化的机理.

This article reviews the development on studies of the structure, function and catalytic pathway of nitric oxide synthase (NOS). The structure-function relationship and oxygenation mechanism of the iNOS were discussed.
