无溶剂条件下活性炭固载硫酸催化酮和芳香醛的Cross-Aldol缩合反应

Activated Carbon Supported Sulfuric Acid as an Efficient Catalyst for Cross-Aldol Condensation of Ketones with Aromatic Aldehydes under Solvent-Free Conditions

以活性炭固载硫酸(acsa)为催化剂, 在无溶剂条件下催化酮和芳香醛的Cross-Aldol反应, 成功合成了16个相应的α, β不饱和缩合产物, 反应时间30~100 min, 产率可达65%~94%. 该方法不仅反应时间短, 产率高, 催化剂可以重复利用, 后处理简单, 而且还对环境友好. 产物经熔点, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR确证.

Aromatic aldehydes underwent cross-aldol condensation with ketones in the presence of activated carbon supported sulfuric acid (acsa) under solvent-free conditions to afford 16 corresponding α,β-unsaturated aldol products in reaction time of 30~100 min, and the good yields from 65% to 94%. This method provides a simple, fast and clean reaction, using a small quantity of catalyst and a simple workup procedure. The catalyst could be reused. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR techniques.
