炭角菌Xylaria sp. 290代谢产物中两个新的海松烷型二萜

Two New Pimarane-Type Diterpenes from the Metabolites of Xylaria sp. 290

从炭角菌属真菌290中分离得到两个新的海松烷型二萜xylarianes A (1)和B (2),以及一个已知的该类二萜16-hydroxy isopimar-7-en-19-oic acid (3). 通过一维和二维NMR数据解析及高分辨率质谱分析确定了化合物13的化学结构. 化合物13 在抗肿瘤活性测定中均未显示出活性.

Two new pimarane-type diterpenes, xylarianes A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the crude extract of the fungus Xylaria sp. 290 along with one known compound of 16-hydroxy-isopimar-7-en-19-oic acid (3). The chemical structures of 13 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D-NMR and 2D-NMR experiments and HR-ESIMS. The antitumor assay of compounds 13 showed that they have no activities.
