Seven new N,N-disubstituted glycine tetraacetyl glucosyl esters (5a～5g) were synthesized by the reaction of N-(N-acetyl-N-arylglycyl)-N-arylglycines with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyransoyl bromide in the presence of hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and potassium carbonate. The structures of the target compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS techniques and elemental analysis.
