叔丁醇钾催化酮硅氢加成反应

Catalytic Hydrosilylation of Ketones Using KOBu-t

介绍了一种用叔丁醇钾催化酮硅氢加成, 水解合成醇的方法. 以甲苯为溶剂, 室温下, 叔丁醇钾可高效催化酮与三乙氧基硅烷的硅氢加成反应, 酮转化率在90%以上. 该方法具有操作简捷、方法简单等优点.

A simple and efficient procedure of hydrosilylation of ketones catalyzed with potassium tert-butanolate was described. Hydrosilylation of ketones with triethoxysilane was carried out smoothly in toluene at room temperature in the presence of potassium tert-butanolate, and the conversions of ketones were higher than 90%.
