纳米Pb(II)-没食子酸配合物的合成及其燃烧催化性能

Synthesis and Combustion Catalytic Activity of Nanoparticle Pb(II)-gallate Complex

The nanoparticle Pb(II)-gallate complex was synthesized by liquid dispersion deposition method. The influence of concentrations of precipitant and amount of dispersant (PEG-200) on the particle size of the complex was studied. The Pb(II)-gallate complex was characterized with TEM, XRD, TG, 1H NMR and IR. The composition of the complex was determined by chemical method and elemental analysis. The catalytic performance of nanoparticle complex on the combustion of RDX-CMDB propellant was investigated. The results showed that the average particle size of complex was about 30 nm. The particle size of complexes increased with increasing concentrations of precipitant and decreasing amount of dispersant. The nanoparticle complex Pb(II)-gallate can enhance burning-rate of propellant by 88%, and lower the pressure exponent by 70%.
