微波辐射下固液相转移催化合成不对称甘油硫醚

Solid-liquid Phase-transfer Catalytic Synthesis of Unsymmetrical 1,3-Bis(substituted phenylthio)-2-propanol under Microwave Irradiation

微波辐射条件下, 硫酚(或硫醇)与环氧氯丙烷反应, 在小功率微波辐射条件下得到单取代产物缩水甘油硫醚, 大功率辐射及相转移催化条件下缩水甘油硫醚与硫酚发生开环加成反应得到不对称甘油硫醚. 该法选择性好、操作简便、收率高. 通过1H NMR, MS, IR, 元素分析表征了产物结构.

Thiophenol reacted with epichlorohydrin under lower power microwave irradiation to give oxirane, which was further treated with thiophenol under higher power irradiation in the presence of phase transfer agent to give unsymmetrical 1,3-bis(substituted phenylthio)-2-propanol. Eleven kinds of unsymmetrical 1,3-bis(substituted phenylthio)-2-propanol compounds were synthesized by this way. Their structure was identified by 1H NMR, MS, IR spectra and elemental analysis.
