综述了近年来我们研究小组在天然产物研究方面的进展.以发现药物先导结构为目标, 我们研究了6种中草药的化学成分, 并对新化合物进行了体外活性筛选, 其中部分化合物显示出优良的生物活性.此外, 此综述也包括了lysilactone A和(-)-藁本酚的全合成研究.

This review covers the structures and biological activities of natural products studied in our laboratory in recent years.The natural products mentioned in this review were isolated from six species of Chinese herbs, with intent of providing novel structures for the development of new drugs.Parts of these compounds exhibited significant biological activities in vitro.The total syntheses of lysilactone A and (-)-ligustiphenol are also included.
