A series of new acyl thiosemicarbazide derivatives (2) were synthesized by addition reaction of 2-phenyl-1, 2, 3- triazol-4- formyl hydrazide (1) with several aryl isothiocyanates, which cyclized under different conditions to give 1, 3, 4-thiadiazole, 1, 3, 4- oxadiazole or 1, 2, 4-triazol- 5-thione derivatives (3, 4 or 5～7). The Mannich bases of 1, 2, 4-triazol-5-thione derivatives (5～7) were also synthesized.
