A near-infrared fluorescent probe for rapid colorimetric/fluorescent detection of SO₂ derivatives and its application and imaging

本文将6-(二乙氨基)-1,2-二氢环戊并[b]色烯醛与1,3-茚满二酮进行亲核加成,合成了一种新颖的具有近红外发射(720 nm)的荧光探针Did。该探针能在DMF/PBS (5/5, v/v)溶液中快速(40 s)识别SO₂衍生物,具有选择性优异,抗干扰能力强,检测限低 (5.29 μmol/L)等优点,同时肉眼可观察到溶液颜色由蓝绿色迅速褪至无色,可裸眼识别。此外,探针Did可检测白糖、红酒和饼干等真实食物样品中的HSO3-,并可对活细胞中HSO3-进行荧光成像,在食品安全和生物成像领域具有潜在的应用潜力。

A novel near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe Did with an emission wavelength of 720 nm, was synthesized via the nucleophilic addition reaction between 6-(diethylamino)-1,2-dihydrocyclopenta[b] chromen-1-carbaldehyde and 1,3-indanedione. In DMF/PBS (5/5, v/v) solution, the probe exhibited rapid recognition (40 s) towards sulfur dioxide derivatives, featuring excellent selectivity, strong anti-interference ability, and a low detection limit of 5.29 μmol/L. Meanwhile, a distinct color change from cyan to colorless could be visually observed by the naked eye, enabling naked-eye identification. Furthermore, probe Did was successfully applied to detect HSO₃⁻ in real food samples such as white sugar, red wine, biscuits, and also realized fluorescent imaging of HSO₃⁻ in living cells. These results demonstrate that probe Did has great potential application prospects in the fields of food safety, and biological imaging.
