为研究缩醛基结构上的差异对反应性能的影响,我们对α-羰基烯酮环二硫代缩醛2的合成及其在合成上的应用做了一些讨论. 本文合成了一些新的缩醛基为七元环的标题化合物2~c~1-~c~1~0, 选择其中代表物2~c~1与烯丙基, 2-甲基烯丙基, 苄基等Grignard试剂反应, 并观察了加成产物在BF~3·Et~2O催化下的芳构化反应性能.

In order to study the chemical properties of α-oxo ketene dithioacetals with different acetal groups, some reactions on title compounds were studied. As α-oxo ketene dimethylthio acetals (1), 2-(1,4-butylenedithio) methylene cyclo hexanone (2c1) reacted with allyl and methallyl Grignard reagents in 1,2-addition manner; but in sequential 1,4,-, 1,2-addition manner with benzylmagnesium chloride. Catalized by BF~3·Et~2O, all these adducts were converted to the corresponding aromatization products.
